Invitation Pairs
Winner of the hotly contest Invitation Pairs, played on Sunday 24th April were Chris Brown and Mark Dickinson.
Both, as you can see, are very happy over their win against some very determined opposition.

At the start cold wet and windy days - newbies and coaches persevered, the weather improved as the weeks went by - and the final result was and addition of 22 new members to the club!

Internal Mixed Pairs
August 22nd: The Internal Mixed Pairs Competition was
won by team Fiona Woods and David Lane.
Well done the team!

Ladies Double Rinks
Played at Alnwick on Saturday 15th August,
and won by the Gosforth Ladies, beating
Benfield Ladies in a hard-fought competition.
That means Gosforth retains this prestigious trophy.
Well done ladies!!

Ladies going to Royal Lemington Spa
Ladies Triples.
Having beaten the competition, Benfield at St Georges
on Tuesday 3rd of August, our Gosforth BC ladies
Erica Timoney, Mattea Ross and Sheila Storey will be
joining the national teams at Royal Lemington Spa.
Well done and congratulations to the three ladies.

ladies Fiona Wood and Norma Povey achieved
the silver award of the competition.
